Featured MacroGoblin Game Bots

MacroGoblin is a great tool for creating gaming bots, and it's extremely easy to do so. One of the easiest type of bots to make with MacroGoblin are boxing bots
or boxing assistants- so there are plenty of those available. These are the type
of bots that will automate healers, mages, fighters, etc that are in your group
while you manually fight with your main tank. So you can control up to a full group
of MMO characters while only needing to concentrate on your main character (usually
a tank-like character). Because you have a bot-interface on the main computer, you
can also throw in improvisations while boxing. Of course with MacroGoblin you can
also make crafting bots, and fully automated fighting bots, and fully automated
full group bots.
This page features some of the bots that have been made in the MacroGoblin community.
These bots and many to come are provided free with the MacroGoblin program. Many
people in the MacroGoblin community take bits and pieces from eachothers bots to
make a bot that suits their needs, so many bots will have a similar theme.
Setup should be easy for MG 2.0+ bots with the introduction of the easy bot setup
system.
Some bots are Generalized bots. This means they can be used in most MMOs because
they would do basically the same thing in all MMOs. For instance, a healer bot would
simply monitor healthbar pixels, in all games, and react to what those pixels say.
It should be noted that Specific-Game
bots can and are often converted into other games. So, for instance, a LotRO bot
will often work just fine in EQ2.
